Talking to some of my friends I guess it’s common for the dads to be wanting to try the breast milk.

Anyways I’m at the end of my 38w going on 39 and I had some leakage and I just got my breast pump so I put together the manual pump and use it and I got a teaspoon out of one boob with just two pumps. My husband thinking it was breast milk downed it and immediately started gagging. I’m laughing my butt of cause he was expecting it to be sweet (he was always told breast milk is like adding 2 cups sugar to a cup of milk) and I explained to him that it was colostrum and not breast milk and the taste varies depending on what I eat. Still gagging he said “it had no taste it was just thick goo”. 😂
