Ttc with PCOS

Okay I’m 33 and I have PCOS and I been trying to conceive for over 3 years now okay my cycle was April 11 and ovulation on April 27 cycle day 17 but to day on cycle day 18 I’m cramping in the low part of my stomach and they are cramps like my cycle bout to come on I had an Hsg test done bout a year 1/2 ago and looks like I also have one fallopian tube that’s working when they done the dye test anybody with any thing or done went threw may I please have some insight
