You CANNOT prevent stretch marks. It is genetic. You are born with a certain amount of skin elasticity and you will either get them or you won’t. (Ask your dr). Stretch marks are deep in the layers of skin that topical lotions and creams cannot reach. 
The best you can do is use stuff to try to lighten them quicker if you do get them.

I use Vitamin E oil. Literally 35 weeks now and I’ve had two kids prior to this one and not one stretch mark. I thought I’d get them because my mom & sisters got them with their pregnancies but not as of yet.

I have been using coconut oil while in the shower also my pores are open. Then when I get out of the shower I use Palmers cocoa butter stretch mark lotion, and I mix it with rosehip oil.

I choose bio oil, but 24 weeks here and been using it since week 5 and I do have some stretch marks. I also drink 2-3 litres of water a day but I’m pretty sure just in the genes.
