ok to start this off I’m 16 and when I️ was 2 years old my parents got divorced and my mom went to jail, she was there off and on and to be honest I️ really only remember being with her and her being out of jail when I️ was 8. She’s really changed her life, (she went back to school to be a a cosmetologist, and now is one!) and so because of that my dad raised me and we were really close. Not even a couple weeks before I️ started freshman year, he met this girl Sarah. She gave me henna and i thought she was so cool so i made him give her his number. they started hanging out whatever. This happens in August and she moved in, in December. Moving hella fast. Anyway. She was mean to me and always tried to put me down. She had a 2 year old and constantly made me watch him when she knew i had plans or friends over. I specifically remember on Valentine’s Day, my best friend and i saw a movie and when we got home she looked at me and said “you ruined everything” because my dad had to pick us up. It hurt my feelings a lot because ya know, an adult talking down to you hurts 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyway during the summer there was a man looking through my window, and he apparently had been for months, and Sarah caught him.i was naked and a minor so he got in a lot more trouble. She had a really bad past and it of course triggered her. but our story went on the news, i didn’t wanna be on the news due being depressed over the situation, i didn’t want people to know that it was me. Sarah kept saying stuff that wasn’t true like he was going at her, my window was open, etc. she was trying to make it about her. It hurt a lot but there wasn’t anything i could do. Literally in court i told them that my window was not open 🤷🏼‍♀️ she also got really drunk on her birthday and tried to kill herself and told her baby that she wish she was dead and that she never had him, and tried to choke my dad. Long story, anyway. They broke up because she was cheating on him and ever since that, my dad has been a MESS. He’s an alcoholic now (he told my mom that) and smokes 2 packs a day, and smokes weed at the same time. He smokes I️n the house and it makes me so sick, and I’ve told him and my mom has told him and he won’t do anything about it. 2 days ago he got into a bad crash and we have to get a new car because it was so bad. He’s fine but a couple broken ribs, and won’t go to the hospital for!! Anyway my mom told me he ended up getting a dui because he was drunk and high at the same time🙁 a drunk driver crashed into him, and they both got in trouble. He didn’t tell me and won’t tell me. I though that would be a wake up call but nope. Since we don’t have a car he walked to the store while my boyfriend and i day in the living room. He came back with a pack of beer and cigarettes. I don’t know what to do, my entire house reeks and my dad is changing
