I’m so confused

Me and my husband have been TTC for a few months now. Every prediction glow had for my period has been spot on. My periods are never late. I’ve missed my period. I tested this afternoon (it was my 3rd pee) on a clear blue and it said “not pregnant”

I’m getting waives of nauseous throughout the day & my breasts are tender to the touch.

Please help me understand!
