Should I break up with him?

Ok so I’ve been dating my SO for 4 years. 2 1/2 of those years it’s been private where few people know (just friends not family). My parents hate him and would literally disown me (at least for a while) if they found out we were still dating because when I was still a minor they caught us sending nudes and they freaked out so they just forced me to cut all communication with him. So anyway we’ve been secretly dating for a while and we have issues with communication since we are long distance but he comes to see me regularly when I’m at college. But because of the lack of communication I’ve almost broken up with him. Another reason is because we are different religions (he is aware of that too but we’ve never had a super serious talk about it) and my religion is way more important to me than any relationship. So here’s the sum up of it all, poor communication, religious differences, and parents severe dislike... idk if I should break up with him or not. I love him but when I think about it, I’d rather have my religion and my parents than him if it comes down to it. I’m going to talk to my parents soon about it (I’m 20 btw but still living under their roof and they are paying for college, car, phone, and misc). But idk what to do ugh!!! Hope this makes sense
