Sleep is hard.
I've had a ongoing issue with sleep for awhile now and I'm unsure what to do. Lately I've been tiring my self out more during my day which is a 50 50. I can fall asleep fast or lay there staring at the ceiling for a few hours. My problems recently is waking up in the middle of the night cause my daughter then not being able to sleep again. it just instantly wakes up my body and i end I staying up the rest of the night. Does anyone have any good advice their doctors have gave them or any good meds I can try?
