extreme fatigue

Okay so this is my second child, I'm 9 weeks tomorrow but ever since 5 weeks pregnancy I've been ridiculously fatigued . Like I don't even remember being this tired last time, to the point where I'm at work and I have to stop and sit down for a while cos my brain isn't functioning, and last time I was pregnant I was full time this time I'm only part time!! I had 2 naps yesterday with my little one then I ended up falling asleep at 8pm with her and waking up morning still tired. I can't be bothered to do anything anymore majorly. Apart from thst I have mild nausea at times I'm managing it with constantly eating, wasn't like last time I actually was sick at some points. I'm wondering if Its anaemia coming back with a vengeance adding to the symptoms. Is this normal?! It doesn't feel like last time!
