PLEASE READ! Can you get pregnant on the last day of your period?

I recently had a positive pregnancy test and there are only two days I had sex February 24th which was the last day of my last period or March 19th. I only have a period like every couple months so I’m trying to figure out what is my conception date. The last day of my period when I had sex it was pretty much over just a little spotting that morning so could I have gotten pregnant that day? My doctor could only get me in on the 3rd but I’m curious. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
