Progesterone suppositories
My dr has me taking these once at night after I ovulated. Are there any other methods like a pill or injection for progesterone? I swing shift so I don’t have a regular sleeping cycle & it makes sex sooo painful unless I wait a full 24hrs, have sex then put one in 🙄 it feels like sand paper & there’s crystals I actually wipe away!
