Keto for pcos ?
Hi ladies! I’ve been ttc for 7 years, been through the ringer with fertility treatments, including a year of multiple IVF cycles, still no baby. My last resort has been trying keto as it’s been known to help those with pcos. So far I’ve lost 30 lbs in 3.5 months, and just stoped IVF meds last month so I’m waiting to see how it’s impacting my cycle. Anyone else try keto to help pcos?
