Does he like me?

So there is a boy (we will call him T). Anyways T and I go to the same church but he's recently stopped coming except maybe twice a year. I've had an off and on crush on T since we were little. But last year we saw him at a fair he was showing cows at. He talked to us and before even talking he shook my dad's hand. Boy is he handsome and a hard worker. Anyways, I started liking him more since then, and after that we saw him at a few football games. He's pretty popular in his school while I'm not so much at mine. I don't know him that well, but I really am starting to wonder if there is a chance with him. I don't know what to do about him. (I've had quite a few of these that never worked out too). Any advice is appreciated! I just don't want to look like a fool if he's with someone or doesn't like me because he is friends with the popular boys in my school who will mess with me about it.
