Advice on a guy

So it has been almost a year since my last relationship. Not to mention I'm turning 16 this year as well. I have a couple of guys I've seemed to like forever and some that happened once and then I got over it. I just went to a dance in December with a guy who was a classmate and we didn't talk much. We started talking after the dance and then one of my "friends" started dating him. But the other day in church we were talking to a few ladies and one of the guys I have off and on liked came up. So now I'm kind of obsessing on what I should do. He's friends with the guy I went to the dance with, he's a month younger than me, rather popular, and he goes to a nearby "rival" school. We never really talked so I don't know him very well. What should I do?!
