How my period starts.. 😒 WARNING: it might be TMI😹

I get cramps a day or two before my period starts and have period poops. So during the past two months, my period started to come FROM ME PUSHING MY SHIT OUT TOO HARD😭 i honestly feel like I’m the only one! Lmao it’s so weird and uncomfortable😭😭😂 like i never heard a female start her period from shitting😂😣 and i started my period this month on the 25th and i had a lot of discharge.. i was watching funny videos and i started to laugh so freaking hard that my period began!!!!! 😭😭😭😂😂😩 lmfao lmk if anything similar has happened to any of you guys😭
