•Every night my stomach just starts hurting and makes me so nauseous. So much that I can’t fall asleep. I get super dizzy and I have random hot flashes.

I try to eat something to make it stop but that does nothing. I try to take medicine to help but it doesn’t help either. I try to just sleep for it to stop but I would also wake up in the morning feeling the same way.

Idk what’s wrong it only happens at nights and in the mornings.

•I get bloody noses normally but now it’s a lot more frequent even when I take my medication I need for my bloody noses.

•I also have really mild cramps in the lower region of my stomach. Also sometimes just above my belly button (not painful at all). These are kindof like pin pricks or just like really light period cramps but no period.

I have not taken a test yet to see if I am pregnant or not. I have a couple more days till my period starts and my fiancé says to wait to take one if I miss it or not. Just not sure what these symptoms are from.
