There are multiple typos in your report- ask for a Re-read/ second opinion by their head radiologist.
Also, you are so early, so it’s harder to get a good picture from a pelvic ultrasound. The transvag us will give a closer look to what is actually going on in there.

I was 7w+6d first ultrasound we had to do transvaginal to hear the heartbeat.

I didn’t find a heart beat when I was 12 weeks but we saw her alive and healthy through an ultrasound, sometimes the babies just like to hide lol when I was 17 weeks we could just barley find a heartbeat and it took us like 5 minutes to find it

I'm sorry. If the baby is measuring 8 weeks with no heart beat it's not looking good. Ive been through a missed miscarriage too. Take care of yourself
