I’ve taken 3 FRER. 1 Sat, 1 Sun and 1 this morning

Here are the first response early result tests. Each has a faint line that is getting very slightly darker each day. Top was Sat. Middle Sunday, bottom today.

Here’s my problem. I’ve taken other tests this weekend too, they’re all NEGATIVE. The only positives I’m getting are FRER. If I make an appt with my OB, and they use the cheap tests it’ll probably be negative. So what should I do? Wait to make an ob appt? When will my levels be high enough to detect on other tests?
