gained so much weight!
ever since i started dating my boyfriend, i ate out a lot more. because of this, i gained so much weight! 10-15 pounds since june. i know this isn’t a lot to some, but it really affects how i look at my body because i certainly have gotten chubby in my face and other places. i saw my prom pictures and felt so insecure. i used to be 115 lbs, but i’m now 126 lbs and i’m 5’2”, so the weight isn’t being spread. this is not to body shame, but for my body type, i just don’t look as good as i used to anymore.
is there any ways to get rid of my weight quickly? or anything that has worked for anyone? i can’t try a new food plan but i can cut down on food intake. any recommendations such as exercise routines or food that sustains but is healthy would be great!
