Need to lose weight! Help!!
heyy guys, i really need to lose weight and i keep telling myself that i need to and doing research and ive changed my shopping habits and only buy whole foods. im eating breakfast more often, but i cant seem to make myself go to the gym. like i went out and got a membership and ive only been twice out of the month. how do you guys keep going to the gym every day? ill be pumped to go the night before and the day of suddenly something comes up or ill be so tired etc etc 😡 i tried to get a gym buddy byt my friends are just as lazy as i am sometimes lmao 😒 im still young but i have over 100 pounds to lose and i cant wait around forever. how do you guys stay motivated? how do you force yourself to go?
