Every pregnancy is different. I have two sisters, one who has always been bigger (roughly size 16/18) and one who was very petite like myself (roughly size2/4). They both got big and showed VERY early. While I am 32 weeks and just this past weekend was told MULTIPLE times that I didn’t even look pregnant, let alone roughly 8 months pregnant. What I’ve come to really realize here recently is to not compare your pregnancy to someone else’s. Don’t compare size or symptoms. Because I’m barely showing I’ve gotten comments such as “is your baby even alive” “ your baby must have health problems” “ are you having to get more tests/ultrasounds” “ your body is gonna be ruined with stretch marks” and etc, my baby is measuring an entire pound over what he should be currently. my sisters got comments on the other spectrum such as “your gonna have to get a csection” “ your kid is gonna be diabetic” “good luck loosing all THAT” etc, they had 6-7lb babies. people are shitty no matter how big or small your bump is.

Honestly I look a couple months pregnant all the time. So as soon as I start wearing tight shirts, I look plenty pregnant! It all depends on the shape of your body, the position of your fetus, etc.

If you already have a belly (like me too!) it can be harder to tell what is belly and what is baby until a bit farther along 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m plus sized and I popped at 20ish weeks. But I still got funny looks at 36 weeks when I told people I was pregnant. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m tiny and didn’t show till after 20 weeks with both pregnancies, it’s really however your body deals with pregnancy. Even now I’m 38 weeks and people say I’m super small.

I don’t honestly think weight has anything to do with it. But I could be wrong. I’m on the thinner side/relatively fit, and I don’t usually start showing until after 24 weeks. I’m on pregnancy number 3, almost 23 weeks and I am just now starting to look like something is there. Right now I still kind of look bloated or like my bladder is full. So I honestly think it doesn’t necessarily have to do with weight, I think it’s more how each of our stomach muscles hold. 🤷🏼‍♀️

It depends on where you carry your weight. I'm a bigger girl, but don't carry a lot of weight in my stomach, and I started showing at 12 weeks. Every body is different, and every pregnancy is beautiful!
