Help! sharp constant pain/ache on lower side

It's not round ligament pain- I've had that. This has been a sharp pain and ache going on 3 days now, lower left abdomen, feels sore in about a fist sized area. It hurts when I walk, it hurts when I lay on that side, it hurts when I go the bathroom. The pain hasn't gotten worse, but it's been fairly constant. The only way to relieve it is to lay on the other side or sit. Honestly in my mind it feels like a cyst or an organ that is inflamed and painful because of additional pressure. I have a regular appointment Monday, and baby is kicking away and I otherwise feel good so I feel comfortable waiting it out, but I wonder if anyone else has had something similar checked out and what it turned out to be?
