Feeling guilty

I'm currently 39 weeks pregnant and all my friends keep asking me if I'm going to tell them when I'm in labour or telling me to tell them when I go into labour. I feel bad but really I don't think it's necessary for them to know. I just want to tell my family and my boyfriend that's it, is that bad? It's such a private time and I don't want to be bothered :/
