Weight loss
I want to thank all you young Momma's who are taking off your baby weight! You have INSPIRED ME! My baby is 30 and I still have the "baby-weight". You see, I carried my babies more inside than out, like MY momma did. Because they soon took up my stomach area with their growth, I had to make sure every bite was totally health because I only had so much room for food. It was a baby inspired healthy food regimen so I lost body fat while they grew. My total hhhhweight gain with my 2 were 9 3/4 lbs and 10 1/4 lbs. Of course my post delivery weight was always 17-19 lbs less than my pre baby weight, so it was obvious I had normal baby weigt gain after all. That may sound awesome, but once they were born and I was nursing, I was hungry all the time. In my family, the women also tend to have little babies that triple their weight when they are supposed to only double it. I added 30 lbs with each baby. Now my baby, who has done a marvelous job of working off the baby weight for each of her 3 children, is my "fitness trainer" and she is coaching me through my senior weight loss. It was all you Mommas' weight loss stories that helped me realize that even 30 yrs later isn't too late to take it off. Thank you, Mommas, for your own determination and revealing your struggles and victories! You are an inspiration!
