Could my Due Date Change?

Question

I’m currently 31 weeks and at my last several OB appointments my fundal height has measured 2 weeks ahead. No change to due date yet but do you guys think my due date could change? He was 2 weeks ahead on weight and measurements at my last ultrasound as well.

No your due date doesn’t change just that your baby is measuring ahead (which is a good thing btw) my son is measuring 2 weeks ahead i still have the same due date

I've been measruing 2 weeks ahead since they started measuring me a few weeks ago. They haven't changed my due date yet. But every doctor is different

Not this far in pregnancy. It just means he's big

No just means he’s a bigger baby and those could be off as well. I’ve heard of moms being told there babies weight and at birth they were usually off  like 2 pounds or so.

I don't think they would change it. My 1st was measuring 3.9kg at 38 weeks, they estimated she would be above 4.5kg at birth. She was born at 41 weeks weighting 3.7kg. So yes, from my experience measurements can be way off.

I was measuring 2 weeks ahead from 20 weeks until 30 weeks. There was never any discussion about changing the due date. At 34 weeks I went back to measuring on time. My doctor said even if I was measuring ahead, it doesn't mean baby will come early.
