How common/uncommon is it to miss two periods?

I've always had normal periods.. I'm 3 children/3 healthy pregnancies in but I haven't had a period since March 1st. I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow bc all my pregnancy tests have been negative. I'm a little concerned. Could use some positive encouragement or stories of this happening before?

This has happened to me, it was kind of a vicious circle, my hormones raised (testosterone) and then I didn’t have a couple of periods which caused my hormones to raise.......which prevented more periods! Weirdly enough my boobs got huge too. I had tablets to induce a period and all went back to normal afterwards. I’m 33 and this happened when I was about 28/29 not sure how old you are and shouldn’t think it matters but this was my experience. Hope all is well x

Happened to me a couple of times and it turned out to be ovarian cysts. It resolved itself in about 3 months. I still had 4 babies since then so it doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem, it just happens sometimes.
