Discharge or mucus plug?

Currently 37w4d. Lost this about 2 days ago and have lost bits more that look just like this..is this my mucus plug or is this discharge? TIA.

mucus plug! i lost chunks of mine for almost 2 months straight. took a pic and showed ob and he said it was definitely part of my plug and not to worry unless my water breaks. said if that happened then i needed to call ASAP
