Confused

So lately I have been so confused about my body and just a lot going on. I had a late period, pink discharge, then a very light and bright colored period. Every pregnancy test comes out negative but I know I'm pregnant. Or at least was. I went to the doctor and they said it's either I am pregnant, or had a miscarriage. I started to break down crying. I haven't stopped crying but now I'm going in for blood work to see if I am. I don't know what I'm going to do if they say negative. I'm only 18 and not in the position to have kids right now, but emotionally I think I will loose my mind. Anyone else been through this? I feel so alone right now.
