My upstairs neighbor is your typical douch-canoe looking mf. He's been loud since he moved in, regardless of noise complaints from myself and two other neighbors.

He played the same tune all day for months. Idk if it was a youtube channel opening or what. Anyway now this dipshit has apparently taken up learning real guitar over his guitar hero he apparently plays by himself. It drives me up the wall! He's so loud and the damn thing isn't even in tune! So I sat my wife's amp on it's back on top of the tallest bookshelf and started blairing on her guitars in the worst way possible everytime he starts.

Usually he stops. Well guess what? Today I have a slow dripping leak in my ceiling, which although it was in a different spot this time, has happened before because of the air conditioner. I thought it was weird but it was 5am and time to go to work. So my wife calls me because water was pouring on her while sleeping. Half the apartment was flooded and we have carpet! Dumbass up stairs left his sink on and walked out. I'm furious. My apartment is wet and smells like a wet dog and the air conditioning now doesn't work. Fanfuckingtastic. That's totally what I have time for. He walked by me when I got home and I wanted to slap his stupid face. Um the office just said that's a huge violation of the lease then why tf is he still here??
