Sleepy/ fussy? Growth spurt?

My 7wk old has been fussier lately: crying, cluster feeding, sleeping more during the day, waking up more at night...
Is this a growth spurt? How long should this last? (Where did my sweet, calm little girl go, and when will she come back? Mummy needs some sleep.🤪)

Can be either a growth spurt , teething or even coming down with something like a cold or viral bug. My sons been terrible teething and at 16 months still has me up during the night hes just a bad sleeper. It makes no difference as to whether he naps daytime or not. I just get on with it because no matter how exhausted i am hes only little once it wont last forever. He slept fine for ten weeks! Hope your girl settles.
