Worried
A little about me, I’m 13w3d and 214 lbs. I have two bellies the lower one and higher one if that makes sense lol. Today, I went to the gym and began leg presses. I was really close to the machine when suddenly felt an uncomfortable pressure in my left side of my lower belly so I stopped. Kind of a sharp pull or pain then I went for a light walk and that’s all. Now, I’m a bit worried because the discomfort of my lower belly is still there but now it’s on both sides of my lower belly. Did I just pull a muscle or something? Should I be worried ?
Oh and I never work out with leg presses. I usually just walk.
