Chlamydea early pregnancy

I’m looking for support I feel disgusting right now.. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant, I got a call from my doctors office today telling my blood tests on Friday came back and I tested positive for chlamydea 😭 I had blood work done in January that showed negative. Well here’s a little back story my husband and I split up in October 2017 we got back together in February slept together in March and got pregnant.. he did tell me he had slept with 3 others while we were split up which I forgave him for. He told me he used a condom with all so I trusted him. Well obviously he didn’t because he gave me chlamydea. My doctor put us both on an antibiotic and said that everything will be okay.. has anyone ever gone through this?! I’m sick to my stomach with my husband right now but I understand it happened while we weren’t together. I’m worried for the baby. Ugh.. just need advice 😭
