What’s wrong with me ?

Today i had my weekly OB appointment, i am only 1cm dilated & was told i was dehydration. Seeing as after that appointment I had an appt at labor and delivery for my weekly non-stress test and fluids. I was there for a few hours . While there my BP was 145-147. My question is my feet and hands are swollen I’ve had a headache & they had asked if i had blurred vision. I don’t have blurred vision. I’m trying to find out if my feet stay swollen and hand and headache what’s it mean ? Like my feet are swollen that it kinda hurts to touch them.

I am 37W+2D. They just sent me home after everything and said to keep my ob appointment for next week and stay hydrated.
