morning sickness 5w6d

Last week I had a few waves of nausea, mostly when I was hungry. Then it went away for three whole days. I still had other symptoms like sore breasts, cramping, bloating and peeing all the time. Suddenly, I wake up in the middle of the night feeling more nauseous than ever, like I needed to vomit (I didn't though). That was last night and I still feel nauseous. Has this happened to anyone else? Having morning sickness turn on like a switch? I'm 5w6d with my first pregnancy.
