What is happening with me!!!

my period was supposed to start on the 9th, when it didn't show I was all

thinking, maybe, just possibly we've been able to conceive. I took over a dozen hpts since then AND. THEY. ALL. SAID. BFN.

I went to my doctor on the 18th hoping maybe it was just not showing up in a urine sample.

She took a beta blood test that came back with 2.4 for my hcg level and an elevated androgen level.

I know I can't be pregnant given my hcg is practically non existent but last week starting on the 23rd my breasts started hurting, everything smells MORE and tonight when checking my cervix my vagina felt really squishy and soft (sorry tmi)

like I've never felt it so mushy before. I also had all this white lotiony discharge which is not normal for me.

Anyone know if this is all cause of the increased androgen or could I actually be pregnant?
