I started taking birth control to help with my period cramps. I started my period on Sunday and took the pill two hours after as it said to do in the insert. Ever since then my period has been a lot heavier than usual and I have unbearable cramps to the point where I have almost gotten sick. Is this normal since I started on Sunday and took the pill the same day? Should I call the doctor?
