we just went over this today actually, he said 5-1-1 (12), he said when they are every 5 minutes lasting 1 minute for an hour (and not to call after 12, but he was kidding about that lol )

5-1-1 or water breaks whichever comes first in my case because I’m an hour and 10 minutes from the hospital I want my baby to be born I’m looking at as soon as a start feeling them and they are slightly getting closer i will Leave for the hospital

We were told 3-1-1 in our baby class - 3 min apart lasting for 1 min in duration for 1 hour. But it’s also a case by case scenario since everyone is different. You the nurses can always be called and given contraction information to help make a decision before actually driving in.

I waited until my contractions were about 5 minutes apart consistently to get ready to go to the hospital. By the time we got there, they were about 3 minutes apart 🤷 my water has never broken naturally but you're supposed to go when your water breaks regardless of contractions.

Can contractions start off short in duration and frequency?? I’m having them last only 5 - 10 seconds every 30sec to a minute. But they just started about 30 minutes ago.
