I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!
GIRLS!!! I have recently hit 200 pounds and I am only 5’3. I have absolutely no motivation to lose weight and I need help!! I honestly don’t even know the best way to lose weight quickly but still be healthy. My arms need to be slimmer and my midsection is overweight as well as back fat. I’m so tired of being uncomfortable with my body. I wanna feel hot and be able to wear a bathingsuit without feeling disgusting. I don’t even feel sexy enough to have sex with my boyfriend. I wanna lose about 70 pounds but I still wanna be thick but also toned rather than having cellulite and flabby skin. Has anyone else had to lose a lot of weight? How did you do it !?!!! HELPPP
