Crossfit in early pregnancy?

Hi ladies, I have been doing crossfit since October with my husband. I would like to point out I am not an overly athletic person, but I’ve come a long way. I recently found out I was pregnant (2 days ago) & my doctor said “we are no longer telling women to stop any exercise they were doing prior. Listen to your body but continue, and reevaluate in the 3rd trimester”. You’d think that would be enough of an answer but I’m wondering if crossfit is too high impact (again for more or a beginner, there are lots of women who do it through their pregnancy and rock), I just don’t want to push myself .... thoughts??
