can someone help me figure out whats up with my ovulation?

So I usually dont do OPKs unless I have reason to, my husband and I are not actively trying but not preventing either. He finished inside me on day 11 and day 14 of my cycle. I had egg white CM on days 11 and 12 so I figured I ovulated on either the 12th or 13th day but I took an opk on the 13th and 14th day and both were negative. Glow predicts me to ovulate today (day 18 of my cycle) so I tested today but its negative and I am completely dry with no discharge at all. would I have been more likely to ovulate back when I had egg white cm? im sure that was gard to follpw to ill put a little "calendar" down here haha (day 11- sex & EWCM) (day 12- EWCM) (day 13- neg opk) (day 14- sex & neg opk) (day 15/16/17- nothing to report) (day 18- neg opk) my next period is not due for 13 more days. my last period started april 14th. thanks for any input ladies!!
