i been getting postive pregnancy test since last sunday

and i went to my doctors today they said the line was very faint and i hadnt had my period since February 24

so they did a ultrasound to see if anything was there and this is what it look like ppretty much this isnt mine got it of the web

but she said i could be 2 or 3 weeks or being losing it but im not cramping or bleeding at all? and my at homes test are coming up pretty dang dark

im waiting to get blood taken just confused and wondering if it happen to anyone else and what ens up happening??? dont i have to bleed an cramp to lose it? hoping my period just messed up and im just super early?
