question..
So I'm 36 weeks, I havent been checked if I've dilated any yet, but what are ways to naturally do that? My reason is I don't really want to go past my due date, this baby's due date is already 6 days before my first borns birthday. Anyway, I'm not extremely active, and there isn't anywhere to go walking around at in my little town, we don't even have side walks.. is there anything I can do at home to move things along or prepare myself?
