Not feeling well 😣

So this morning i was at a brain scan with my partner and as I was sat waiting for him I started to get all hot and I started excessively sweating...I started heavy breathing and felt as if I was going to faint I was covered in sweat and it was really not nice. I rang the doctors who told me they couldn't help and that i had to ring the midwife. I rang the midwife and she told me that it's normal I informed her I think it may have been my blood sugar levels and would like this investigating due to having pcos and history of diabetes in the family but she just didn't seem interested. The weeks before your 12 week scan are so hard 😑😣
