Horrible Back pain?

currently 31 weeks and my back hurts all day everyday! I can barely sleep or get comfortable in bed I'm in so much pain. Dr said its normal but is anyone else going through this? anything that you have tried that has helped?

Same here!  Been in pain for months.  I think the back pain will be worse than labor.  Lol. It’s sharp pain that just radiates from my upper back down to my tailbone.  I’ve tried everything...massage, chiropractor, muscle relaxers, heating pads...you name it.  
Every night I go to sleep on my side and then wake up around 1am in the worst pain and then I either have to take an hour bath for my muscles to relax or prop pillow up and sleep literally sitting up.  I’m surprised I’m even able to sleep sitting up but I’m just so tired from no sleep that I’m able to.  Those are the only two things that help.  
I know it’s just going to be an ongoing thing until I deliver and I’ve finally come to terms with that now.

I've been experiencing this for weeks now. I also have two bulging discs even before pregnancy. I've never been in more pain than I am now. Can't wait for July! 💁

I use my heat wrap daily especially first thing in the morning and at night, totally helps in my opinion! I didn’t have any back pain my first pregnancy but this one has been pretty rough on my body! Just a quick toss in the microwave and relief ♥️ Also a chiropractor may be able to help!

I have the same thing, currently 32 weeks.
I sleep with 4 pillows (🤷🏽‍♀️), I put a small one under my lower back (when I lay on my back) and one next to me for sleeping on my side. And two for my head. Sounds crazy, I know! But it’s my life saver for now😅

Yep and pretty bad rib pain that radiates to my back too. Nothing I’ve tried has helped very much. Just trying to deal with it, 10 weeks and it will hopefully get better x
