Period cramps?

I have some of the worst period cramps in the world!! Any suggestions? Already took aspirin.

Ibuprofen is usually a much better choice since it doesn’t thin your blood, so unless you have a negative reaction towards it, I’d recommend switching.
My go to is my reusable heating pad which I can connect to a power box and carry around with me or, ideally a hot water bottle. 
That usually helps a lot, especially if I curl up in bed/on the couch underneath a blanket and distract myself by playing games, reading or watching TV. Studying is also a great distraction, unless the cramps are too strong.
