What to do for cramps?

First day of my period and I always have bad cramps, I’ve taken some aspirin and it still haven’t completely knocked them out and on top of it I have bad 💩 and I feel nauseous which never happens. What do I do 😭😭

I take tylenol around the clock, my first 2-3 days. it helps stop the cramps before they start. I also use a muscle relaxant cream to help ease any discomfort that I feel. i also try to take a warm-hot bath with some Epsom salts every morning for the first couple days for 30 mins. helps ease the body, and esse the mind.

Ive heard eat at least 2 bananas... Idk how accurate it is, Ive just basically cried through my cramps lol

Sometimes, hot baths are usually the only thing that help for me. I like to put peppermint and lavender oil in to help relax/soothe. I think what’s key is taking measures before they come like using magnesium supplements, stying hydrated, eating potassium rich foods, and exercise.
