More than likely the one that goes off your period. Ultrasounds aren’t very accurate the later in your pregnancy they are.

If you’re 21w 2 d that’s would make you 40weeks on sept 9 but go from your last period that would probably be the most accurate because some people measure bigger/smaller than they actually are

ask your OB they usually adjust your due date if/when you have your early/first ultrasound. baby starts growing at their own pace after 13/14 weeks

Could be the sept 3 one is more accurate as the ultrasounds at 20 weeks are +/- 2 weeks in accuracy. Did you have a regular cycle that gave you a sept 3 Edd?
