So much pain 😩

I have such bad swelling it’s painful. I’m 36+4 and am in extreme pain. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and my doctor told me to just wait unless I have contractions. They are worried about how much fluid retention I have but what are they actually going to do? I need something to help this pain. I can’t do 4 more weeks. I maybe get 3 hours of sleep a night because of it. Any advice!?
