help!

so me and my partner started ttc 1 and a half weeks ago, I was having pregnancy symptoms & bleeding that looked like spotting (see the picture) they then passed I did some tests and they were all negative but I'm not sure if it was too early, me and my partner had sex tonight and it feels different? And hurt a bit? And I'm getting headaches, could I be pregnant? need some advice please
