Sleep!!

They tell you to get as much sleep as possible before the baby comes... yeah right like that’s possible!

Working 40 hours a week, keeping a house, walking the dog etc... asleep by half 10 awake again every 2 hours 😫

It just isn’t possible I’ve never had a good nights sleep since I was 6 weeks pregnant.

Anyone any suggestions of what might help? Currently going to bed tonight with a pregnancy pillow to see if it helps but I highly doubt it since I don’t have a bump yet at 22 and a half weeks!
