I need help running faster...
I’ve been trying to run half a mile in under 6 minutes for a sport I’m trying out for since it’s a new requirement and I’ve been getting 6 and a half so far and I don’t know what to do. I’m anemic so I tend to get winded very easily and I have problems catching my breath. Ive done this sport for two years and I’ve let the coach know but she doesn’t seem understanding about it. Any advice???? Thx!
